Rear wheel options All models come with 29-inch front and rear wheels, but the flip chip lets you opt for a mixed wheel setup including a 27.5 rear. The stock setup optimizes stability and roll-over speed, while a 27.5 rear wheel delivers a snappier feel and more saddle-to-tire clearance. Some riders favor this “mullet” setup for riding steep, technical terrain.

That means shorter chainstays, a longer toptube, and just the right angles with the headtube (64.56 degrees) and seattube (76.36 degrees).
